Combustion section; Hot Gas Path Inspections; Rotor, turbine casing, liners, end caps, fuel nozzle assemblies, combustion chamber (overheating and erosion), Borescopes inspections of first stage turbine blade attachments/ fuel nozzle guide vanes; NDT/NDE inspections on critical components and blade attachments for indications/ corrosion, cracking, fatigue, metallurgical metal defects. Frames include 9HA,9F,9E(7F), SGT600, SGT100

 

• Overall Condition Assessment and Critical Component Assessments for GE Steam Turbines; Pitting, corrosion fatigue, and stress corrosion cracking inspections, blade attachment inspections, steam turbine casing inspections for creep damage, boresonic inspections of bored rotors, ultrasonic inspections of solid bore for OD initiated indications. Ultrasonic inspection of rotor dovetail cracking. NDE assessment of Main Steam turbine stop valves using visual, WFMT, LPA, and replications.
